Fraser Clapcott

Since 2008 Fraser has led Salt & Shein’s fixed term and contracting recruitment business, specialising in corporate affairs, communication and marketing communication.  He is particularly adept at identifying interim solutions across all industry sectors and salary levels.

With graduate and post-graduate degrees in Commerce and Employment Relations,  Fraser developed a successful career in financial services marketing and communication prior to joining Salt & Shein. His strong commercial acumen enables him to address and identify with the needs and develop innovative solutions to a broad range of clients no matter the level of complexity.

As Salt & Shein’s corporate clients consider more innovative and flexible ways to resource talent through fixed term and interim employment options, Fraser is able to move quickly, having placed significant numbers of contractors across a large number of corporates, federal and state government departments, Universities and various Not for Profit organisations.

Fraser is well respected for his ability to understand a brief, fill challenging roles swiftly and for his deep knowledge of market conditions that assists both clients and candidates.
