Josh Shein

Josh co-founded Salt & Shein in 2004, having worked with boutique and national recruitment firms prior. Josh manages executive  corporate affairs and communication mandates in Australia, building upon his media industry background, and after more than two decades is an acknowledged leader in the market.

Josh’s years of specialisation have resulted in a unique ability to access the best corporate affairs and communication talent on behalf of his clients across both the private and public sectors. He typically handles search assignments for heads of function and for the specialist roles that directly report into those executives. He is also responsible for overseeing Salt & Shein’s contracting and marketing recruitment practices.

Josh lives on Sydney’s northern beaches with his wife and three sons, and when not in the office can often be found indulging his passions for classic cars, fishing, and wine collecting.
