Lucinda Attrill

Lucinda is an experienced executive search consultant and former industry practitioner with a proven track record in identifying leading executive talent throughout the public relations industry. She has an enviable track record managing many successful mandates, including consumer brand and integrated marketing, corporate affairs, financial, healthcare and digital communications.

With her former successful public relations career spanning the UK, the US and Australia, Lucinda has an extensive network of contacts, insights, commercial intuition and the respect of her colleagues for her ability to relate to and identify with and offer insight and solutions that can only come from lived experience.

Prior to working in recruitment in London for eight years through her own firm, Lucinda worked in New York with Lippe Taylor as a Senior VP, responsible for managing and growing the agency’s consumer and consumer health client portfolio.

Prior to that she worked at Hill & Knowlton in London as a Board Director within its consumer marketing practice, with a focus on health & beauty, food/drink and nutrition. She started her career with Holt Porter Novelli in Sydney where she worked on launching global brands including Gatorade, Snapple and Pepsi Max into the Australian market.

Lucinda is focused on growing Salt & Shein’s Public Relations Consultancy practice, with a strategic focus on developing emerging Asia Pacific opportunities across the region.
