Lucy Newcomb

Lucy is widely recognised as one of Australia’s most well respected and influential executive recruiters and talent advisers specialising in corporate affairs, communication, government relations, sustainability and investor relations.

Lucy was born and raised in New Zealand, where she completed her Business Management degree before gaining valuable experience in a range of consumer brand and marketing management positions. In 1997, she relocated to Australia to start her recruitment career with Morgan & Banks.

Since joining Salt & Shein in 2005 she has established an enviable network both in Australia and overseas. She is known for her frank, honest and expert guidance and her commitment to find the best talent for each recruitment assignment she manages. Her services are in high demand within corporate affairs teams across Australia.
