Rebecca studied Tourism and Hospitality and started her career in-house in public relations before moving into Business Management in the Cosmetics industry.

Rebecca has worked in executive recruitment for world-leading recruitment firms before joining Salt & Shein to head up their Marketing Practice. Rebecca’s reputation, her professional approach and understanding of her clients’ and candidates’ needs, sees her in high demand across Australia in this specialised discipline.
